How to Pause and Un-Pause Accounts

This technote provides information on how to pause or un-pause a Sensor  Cloud account. Pausing an account will restrict service and place the  account on hold. You may pause or un-pause an account as long as there  are no outstanding payments.


  1. Log into your Sensor Cloud account.
  2. Navigate to and click on the My Account Tab.

  3. Under "Plan & Billing Information", Click the Pause/Un-Pause Account Service & Billing.
