WiFi Sensor Cloud Plans

When you set up your WiFi device you have a couple of plans to choose from. Depending on your needs, each plan has different constraints that may impact the flow of your data or the number of alerts you're able to receive. For more information on the Wifi plans, please visit our Sensor Cloud page.

Note: If you are on the Home plan and are receiving a "device not registered" error it is more than likely you have another device on the account. If you are no longer using that device please export any data that you may need and then delete the device. Otherwise, you will need to upgrade your account to the Business plan or create a second Home account under a different email address.
